Our team is ready to get you started. What will your responsibilities be?

Learn and develop competence with our proprietary sales system

Manage area and assist clients with product requests

Complete underwriting applications with clients on products selected

Maintain company sales quotas for bi-monthly raises

Train and develop additional area agents as needed

Assist in holding a positive culture and work environment

Preferred Skills :

Sales and / or sales management experience

Familiar with basic computer skills

Associates Degree (not required with experience)

Good time management skills - must be able to manage your own schedule

Life Insurance License

Ok with working on commission basis (Average $500 per completed underwriting application)

You must be hungry, humble and smart!
