Monday-Friday, 42.5 hours a week

About the role
As a member of our Warranty Returns team at Likewize, you will be responsible for the accurate return of spare parts used during all repair workstreams that are deemed to be suitable for a warranty return.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Processing of warranty return items
* Service order and work order validation
* Knowledge of administration processes through each repair network
* WIP management of return items to ensure SLA’s are met
* Work alongside warehouse management to understand relevant KPI’s and financial implications
* Processing of return pallets to be sent to Goods-Out for dispatch
* Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Computer literacy is essential
* Ability to understand third party processes through both process maps and external training
* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a large team
